We buy real property and ownership interests for our own account. We are not a real estate brokerage, title insurance company or agent, escrow or closing agent, or law firm. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

Inquiries and offers

Website information and submitted inquiries do not create a purchase agreement or require either party to proceed. Any purchase is governed by a separate written agreement signed by the parties. You may have your own attorney review an agreement before signing.

Information and appropriate use

Provide information you are authorized to share. Do not submit sensitive identity or financial documents through the general contact form. Do not use this site to interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, or access another person's information without authorization.

Property research may involve incomplete or outdated records. Information on this website is general and is not a title opinion, guarantee of ownership, or promise that any particular transaction will close.
