• Property and contact research: deeds, tax records, court and probate filings, obituaries, genealogy, and commercially available property or contact records.
• Website and consent records: submission time, form and disclosure version, your separate text-message choices, IP address and browser information where available, and communication and opt-out records.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, research property and ownership, evaluate a potential purchase, discuss an offer or transaction, coordinate closing, operate and protect this website, and keep records of consent and communication preferences.

Finding a phone number in a public or commercial record does not establish SMS consent. The optional text-message choices on our contact form apply to Trustfirst Properties, LLC and the message category you select.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, mobile information, or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We retain do-not-contact records to honor opt-outs. A new form submission does not automatically override an existing opt-out; any permitted re-enrollment must be handled through the messaging provider and documented.
